Collaborating again with award-winning strategic content and communications agency,The Nutgraf, I art and creative directed a 6-minute motion graphic film for
’The Courage To Dream’ exhibition, hosted at Singapore Changi Airport.
The brief: to produce and design a film titled ‘The Bold, Billion-Dollar Move to Changi’, an emotive inspiring video about Mr Lee Kuan Yew’s contributions to Changi Airport in the early years, starting from the bold decision to shift from Paya Lebar to the ethos of excellence that continues to define it today as the world’s best airport.
The design language and visual narrative of the film and motion design segments were both built and integrated together to powerfully recall the leadership and most importantly, the nostalgia of the golden years of Singapore’s founding father. Using empirical data, reports and archive, these motion graphic segments also were designed to visualize the history and logistical scale of the Changi Airport project; a formative aspect to the film.
